Job summary

CPP Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Design Supervisor to lead a team of designers delivering wind tunnel engineering projects. You will mentor staff, manage project priorities, and ensure deliverables meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will collaborate with Operations, engage stakeholders across regions, and drive continuous improvement in design processes while maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Design, Drafting, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design or technical design environments.
• Experience leading or supervising design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing design team delivering quality outcomes.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
