Job summary

STACK Infrastructure APAC is seeking a Technical Design Coordinator in Malaysia to lead 2D drafting and 3D modelling for modular data center products. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design, prepare technical tender documents, and ensure manufacturability of containment systems and power distribution equipment.

Qualifications

• Qualification or equivalent experience in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, BIM or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in technical drafting, 3D modelling or design coordination.
• Experience in modular construction, manufacturing or data centre infrastructure preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and coordinate models and produce detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of cross-disciplinary coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit and CAD/BIM tools.
• Coordinate structural, mechanical and electrical interfaces and track RFIs.
• Prepare scopes of work, BOMs, specifications for tender packages.
• Maintain design deliverables registers and revision control.
• Coordinate consultants and vendors to resolve clashes and manufacturability issues.
• Assist with manufacturing handover and ensure documentation is approved.
• Apply design governance, change management and safety/process standards.
