Job summary

FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Facade Design Lead in Malaysia to drive the façade and curtain wall design across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate design teams, ensure quality and compliance, and resolve technical challenges to deliver optimized solutions.

We require 6–8 years in façade design, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit. Singapore experience is a plus and will be an advantage in cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in façade or curtain wall design.
• Experience leading design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural/Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Knowledge of façade systems and installation processes.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management.
• Singapore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the façade design function across the project lifecycle, coordinating design teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee development of façade and curtain wall concepts, layouts, technical details, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and detailing for buildability and compliance.
• Coordinate design with PMs, engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain design intent.
• Evaluate façade systems, materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements for optimization.
