Job summary

Urbano Craft Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Interior Designer to join our design team in Kuala Lumpur. You will transform client ideas into functional, visually appealing spaces through concept development, space planning and detailed drawings.

You will work on real residential and commercial projects, produce mood boards and 3D renderings, attend client meetings and collaborate with project teams to ensure deadlines are met while refining your design portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, D5 Render or similar software is an advantage.
• Portfolio is required and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts per client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards and design presentations.
• Develop space planning, furniture and interior layouts.
• Produce 2D and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D models and renderings.
• Research and select materials, finishes, colours and furniture.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations.
• Attend client meetings and present concepts.
• Conduct site measurements and visits.
• Revise designs based on client feedback.
