Qualifications

• Solid experience in Treasury or Investment Operations.
• Strong understanding of front‑to‑back processes and trade lifecycle, preferably with derivatives exposure.
• Demonstrated control mindset to identify gaps, priorities, and mitigate risks.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross function collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage collateral operations, including margin call processing and dispute resolution.
• Perform daily position reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Investigate trade breaks, MTM, and P&L discrepancies for local units.
• Handle corporate actions and coupon processing follow-ups.
• Coordinate with auditors and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance and external counterparties.
