Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Sec & Derivatives Sr Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices, coordinating with Operations - Transaction Services to clear, settle and investigate client securities and derivatives.

The role requires handling hedge fund tasks including NAV, cash/holdings reconciliation, and pricing, while serving as an expert for securities processing and guiding junior staff, ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in securities/derivatives processing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices.
• Resolve complex processing problems per industry standards.
• Manage hedge fund tasks: NAV, cash/holdings reconciliation, pricing of securities.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff and oversee hedge fund set-up.
• Act as analytical/procedural expert for securities processing deliverables.
• Assist with development of new techniques and streamline processing activities.
