Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Manager to lead QA/QC activities for welding and steel fabrication projects in Malaysia. You will supervise the QA/QC team, coordinate inspections, report progress to the General Manager, and advise project teams on client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and technical knowledge in QA/QC; experience with third-party inspectors, NDE, and documentation is essential.

• In charge of QA/QC items including inspection works and NDE.
• Allocate and monitor QA/QC works by engineers/supervisors.
• Answer customer complaints and report progress to GM.
• Advise project teams on QA/QC requirements and supervise site surveillance.

In charge of QA/QC related items, such as inspection works, NDE andothers related items.

Allocate and monitor the quality related works done by QA/QC Engineeror supervisor.

Answer customer complaints.

Report QA/QC progress to General Manager.

Advise project team on QA/QC related requirement from client and dosite surveillance to ensure the requirements are being followed and met.

Liaise with client, vendor ad 3rd party inspection bodies based on projectrequirement.

Involves in final documentation works and guide the QA/QC team forfinal hand over works.

Improvement action for quality being delivered in effective manner.

To maintain equipment and inspection tools are been calibrated before used.

Handling customer complaint regarding the Quality issue.

Authorities:

To verify third party claim.

To recommend subordinate promotion.

Academic Qualification:

Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical and Electrical)

Skills & Experiences:

Self motivated with leadership quality.

Good communication and correspondence skills.

Good technical knowledge about QA/QC filed in Welding and steel fabrication.
