Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Manager to lead QA/QC activities for welding and steel fabrication projects in Malaysia. You will supervise the QA/QC team, coordinate inspections, report progress to the General Manager, and advise project teams on client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and technical knowledge in QA/QC; experience with third-party inspectors, NDE, and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in QA/QC for welding/steel fabrication.
• Experience handling customer complaints and QA/QC documentation.

Responsibilities

• In charge of QA/QC items including inspection works and NDE.
• Allocate and monitor QA/QC works by engineers/supervisors.
• Answer customer complaints and report progress to GM.
• Advise project teams on QA/QC requirements and supervise site surveillance.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and 3rd party inspection bodies per project needs.
• Involve in final documentation and guide QA/QC team for handover.
• Implement improvements to ensure quality is delivered effectively.
• Ensure calibration of equipment and inspection tools before use.
• Handle customer complaints regarding Quality issues.
