Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in deposits by focusing on FX revenue, NTB CA balances, and portfolio deposit growth.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value non-borrowing customers to acquire CBD deposits and deepen wallet share via cross-selling bank products.
• Act as Primary Banker to grow the Primary Banker Initiative.
• Implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement and account utilization.
• Ensure CBCs meet deposit targets contributing to financial goals.
