Maybank is seeking a motivated banker in Kuala Lumpur to drive deposit growth and expand client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of high-value customers, cross-sell bank products, and support salary crediting initiatives to boost engagement and utilization.

You will focus on meeting regional deposit targets, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to deepen share of wallet across Corporate and SME segments.

Qualifications

• Experience in deposit portfolio management and client relationship roles.
• Background in cross-selling and maintaining long-term client engagements.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency in identifying and fulfilling client needs.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth in deposits and key metrics (FX revenue, NTB CA balances, portfolio deposit growth).
• Manage a portfolio of high-value non-borrowing customers to acquire CBD deposits and deepen wallet share.
• Ensure growth in Primary Banker Initiative.
• Implement salary crediting programs to boost engagement and account utilization.
• Help CBCs meet deposit targets and contribute to financial goals.
