Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and Finance related subjects.
• 1 year of experience in investment Compliance, Fund Accounting or Financial Services.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of UCITS rules is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Understand and perform complexity fund analysis with minimal support.
• Investigate and analyze exceptions identified in ALTO; classify breaches.
• Analyze fund prospectus and external data (Bloomberg/Telekurs).
• Understand and apply UCITS and related legal requirements.
• Assess investment limits by client and country.
• Conduct control reviews on breach items and log in ALTO.
• Explain new breaches to oversight via email.
• Oversee PCS fund controls.

As a Depositary Control Officer, you will be responsible for:

• To understand and perform the complexity fund with minimum support.
• To perform investigation and analyze on all exception identified in ALTO. In case of breach, determination of the status (active, passive, warning and technical breach).
• To perform analysis on the fund prospectus and information from External data provider (Bloomberg, Telekurs etc.)
• To understand and analyze on the legal rules of UCITS and Legal requirements.
• To understand clients and countries specificities in term of investment limits.
• To perform control review on all the breach items and input in the systems (ALTO).
• To provide explanation and information to oversight team on any new breaches identified by the day through email communication.
• To understand and perform the control for PCS fund.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel, Access is an advantage).
