Klinik Pergigian Smile Hub in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modern dental clinic. You will lead a team of clinicians and support staff, manage patient flow, scheduling, inquiries, and ensure compliance with SOPs while delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinic staff fostering a positive environment.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and optimize patient flow.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Monitor clinic performance, inventory and administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and support staff to maintain patient care.
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly.
