Key responsibilities

• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee day to day operations of the clinic including scheduling, staff management and patient satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, sales report, able to use Microsoft Excel.
• Human Resources: Recruit, train and supervise clinic staff ensuring team meets performance standards
• Patient Care Coordination: Ensure the clinic provides excellent patient service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant regulations, including healthcare laws, patient privacy, and occupational safety standards.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage the inventory of dental supplies, ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, with a strong emphasis on financial management.
• Financial Skills: Proven experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and managing accounts in a medical or dental clinic.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in clinic practice management software and financial management tools.
• Excellent Communication: Must be able to speak in Mandarin to aid in patient relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and vendors.
