Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Malaysia is seeking a Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery to assist the Executive Chef in leading the Pastry & Bakery kitchen, ensuring timely production and presentation of high-quality desserts and baked goods.

You will participate in selecting and training new kitchen members, uphold health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene, and thrive under pressure to deliver excellence.

• You will assist with the proper presentation of food and ensure that each customer is served the highest quality food in a timely manner.
• You will participate in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team.
• They must follow and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen; maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene.
• You should be familiar with working efficiently and quickly under pressure.
