Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Malaysia is seeking a Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery to support the Executive Chef in leading the pastry and bakery kitchen for all production. You will help ensure high-quality food presentation and timely service for guests.

You will participate in selecting and training new kitchen team members, uphold strict health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in pastry or bakery production in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to assist in selecting and training new kitchen members.
• Follows and enforces health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Maintains high level of cleanliness and personal hygiene; works under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Chef to lead the Pastry & Bakery kitchen for all production.
• Contribute to proper presentation of food and timely service to customers.
• Assist in recruiting/training new kitchen staff and ensuring team performance.

As Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery, you will help the Executive Chef to lead the Pastry & Bakery kitchen for all the production. You further will help with the proper presentation of food, and ensure that that each customer is served the highest quality food in a timely manner.

As Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery, you will participate in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team. They must follow and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen. They should possess a high level of cleanliness, both in the kitchen and in personal hygiene. You should be familiar with working efficiently and quickly under pressure.
