Job summary

Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Desaru, Malaysia seeks a Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery to assist the Executive Chef in leading the Pastry & Bakery kitchen for all production. You will help present dishes beautifully and ensure timely service of high-quality pastries and baked goods.

You will participate in recruiting and training new kitchen staff, enforce health and safety standards, and maintain high levels of cleanliness in both kitchen and personal hygiene.
