Job summary
AIA Digital+ is seeking a Manager/Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management to lead the development, deployment and support of Integral Life Application to meet business requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions to improve company’s operations.

Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related areas.
- Has minimum 5 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.
- Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and impact analysis skills.
- Good personality and attitude.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, impact analysis, propose solutions, code development, unit testing, UAT support and deployment.
- Adhere and follow prevailing SDLC, development, and other standards.
- Deliver systems according to scope, timeline, and quality.
- Support production incidents and adhere to SDLC processes.
- Provide management updates on system/project activities.
- Understand system functionalities and analyze impacts on interfacing systems.
- Adhere to Integral Life security, standards and compliance.
- Mentor and coach juniors; participate in system upgrades and maintenance.
