Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned developer and team lead for the Integral Life Delivery Management (SG Tech team). You will lead development, deployment, and support of Integral Life applications to meet business requirements and improve operations.

The role requires at least 10 years in life insurance application development using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL, along with AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL. You will mentor juniors and drive SDLC compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related area.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in application development for life insurance.
• Experience with Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.
• Strong knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, deployment and support of Integral Life Application.
• Oversee team performance, mentoring and budgeting.
• Ensure SDLC compliance and high-quality system delivery.
• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis and propose solutions.
• Coordinate UAT support and production incident handling.
