Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Manager/Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves leading the development and support of Integral Life Application, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards, and managing system requirements effectively.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT with at least 5 years of experience focusing on life insurance domains using COBOL systems. Strong analytical skills and a good personality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.
Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development.
Fast learner with strong analytical and impact analysis skills to provide feedback/input on user requirements.

Responsibilities

In charge of Integral Life system requirement gathering and impact analysis.
Adhere to prevailing SDLC, development, and other standards.
Deliver systems according to determined scopes, timeline, and quality.
Provide management updates on system/project-related activities.
Actively participate in team activities such as sharing knowledge and mentoring.
