Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Delivery Manager to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate efforts and keep everyone aligned.

You will set timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively track progress, and manage risks. You’ll communicate status to clients and management, and take ownership of tasks to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Project Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish and keep them on track.

You will work closely with clients and different internal teams to coordinate projects, solve problems, follow up on tasks, and make sure everyone is moving towards the same goal.

Key responsibilities

Manage projects from start to finish and make sure they stay on track.

Set project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.

Coordinate with different teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other departments.

Follow up with team members to make sure tasks are completed on time.

Communicate with clients and keep them updated on project progress.

Understand client needs and make sure the internal team understands what needs to be done.

Identify project issues, delays, or risks and find solutions quickly.

Handle client or internal escalations when problems arise.

Organize project meetings and make sure action items are followed up.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

About you

4+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good at coordinating and working with different teams.

Strong follow-up skills — you don't need to be reminded to chase things up.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Comfortable communicating with clients and handling different stakeholders.

Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Strong attention to detail and good time management.
