Job summary

Food Art World Pte Ltd is seeking a delivery and logistics associate in Subang Jaya. You will ensure smooth delivery of merchandise to various clients and locations, manage inventory in transit, arrange stock on shelves, and maintain positive client relationships.

You will handle routes, GPS navigation, and safety standards while assisting with administrative tasks. Training will be provided; prior delivery or merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Training will be provided; experience in delivery or merchandising is an advantage.
• Optimistic and positive personality with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with navigation tools and GPS systems.
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
• Willing to work in a flexible hybrid environment, both in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise safely to designated locations and monitor routes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for merchandise in transit and perform periodic checks.
• Organize merchandise on shelves, ensure proper labeling and signage, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding delivered merchandise.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed by the team.

Ensuring smooth delivery of merchandise to various clients and locations. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of goods while also maintaining positive client relationships. Your duties encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Merchandise Delivery:

• Safely transport merchandise to designated locations.
• Monitor traffic and plan routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage during transportation.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for merchandise in transit.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Stock Arrangement:

• Organize and arrange merchandise on shelves according to company standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and signage for easy identification of products.
• Rotate stock and check expiry dates to maintain freshness and quality.

Customer Service:

• Address any concerns or inquiries raised by clients regarding the delivered merchandise.

Help with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed by the team.

Job Requirements:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm
