Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and meet quality and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring progress, and managing risks, resources, and documentation to support successful handover and closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate with colleagues from China is a plus.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and attention to detail.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify project risks, issues, and delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on outstanding project actions.
• Review project documentation, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements where applicable.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant departments.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project.
• Support project handover and closure upon completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
