Job summary

Finexus is seeking a Delivery Manager to own the overall delivery view across bank implementations, internal releases and live services. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery across the portfolio, ensuring commitments, dependencies, risks and resources are visible and actively managed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of technical delivery experience, including enterprise software for banks/large organisations.
• Experience delivering multiple complex, end-to-end technology implementations.
• Ability to interpret architecture and challenge assumptions to drive delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery outcome across concurrent bank implementations and internal releases.
• Maintain a consolidated view of risks, dependencies and milestones; escalate early with recovery actions.
• Ensure releases go through testing gates (SIT, UAT, security, performance) before Go-Live.
• Govern production support, incidents, patches and service commitments.
• Lead forward-looking delivery forecasts and capacity planning across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver with clear ownership and accountability.
