Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Lead Technical Delivery Manager to drive strategic Digital Banking initiatives within the Retail Banking portfolio. You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage scope and timelines, and align with stakeholders to ensure high-quality technology solutions are delivered on time.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Java technologies, Oracle databases, and Unix/Linux ecosystems, with a strong background in large-scale technology delivery and modern enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management or related roles.
• Strong Digital Banking or Retail Banking delivery experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking projects and programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Drive delivery across key Digital Banking platforms, including QR-CR, TMRW COPP, TMRW Banking & Services, and Online Forms.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, production releases, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, governance, security, and change management processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
