GEOLAND TYY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Debt Collector / Credit Control Executive on a 12 months contract. You will follow up with clients on outstanding payments, coordinate with QS and project teams, and monitor payment statuses to ensure timely collections.

The role requires site visits, regular reporting, and meeting monthly collection targets. You will escalate overdue accounts and maintain accurate records of invoices and commitments to improve the accounts receivable flow.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, overdue invoices, and payment arrangements to ensure timely collection.
• Make regular telephone calls, send emails, and conduct site visits to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Liaise with QS, contractors, project managers, and clients’ Accounts Departments to verify payment certification and payment status.
• Closely monitor and follow up on IPCs, Progress Claims, and other payment certificates.
• Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Conduct regular site visits and prepare detailed follow-up reports, including payment status, discussions, and expected payment dates.
• Maintain an updated record of outstanding invoices, collection progress, and client payment commitments.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and achieve monthly collection targets set by Management.
• Escalate long-overdue accounts and potential bad debts to Management for further action.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor.

Debt Collector / Credit Control Executive (12 Months Contract)

1. Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, overdue invoices, and payment arrangements to ensure timely collection.

2. Make regular telephone calls, send emails, and conduct site visits to follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS), contractors, project managers, and clients’ Accounts Departments to verify payment certification and payment status.

4. Closely monitor and follow up on pending Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Progress Claims, and other payment certificates.

5. Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve outstanding payment issues.

6. Conduct regular site visits and prepare detailed follow-up reports, including payment status, discussions, and expected payment dates.

7. Maintain an updated record of outstanding invoices, collection progress, and client payment commitments.

8. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and achieve monthly collection targets set by Management.

9. Escalate long-overdue accounts and potential bad debts to Management for further action.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor.
