Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive, Debt Collection to drive individual collection results and advise customers on timely payments. You will respond to customer requests and uphold the company's image with strong service standards.

The role requires extensive follow-up via phone, email, and fax, managing dunning activities and maintaining relationships to meet targets and financial objectives set by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic PC knowledge.
