Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree holder.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic PC knowledge.
• Strong listening and empathy skills.
• Persuasive, with the ability to influence positive actions and behaviors.
• Able to handle and manage stress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual collection results.
• Advise customers to make timely payments and remind due dates.
• Respond to customer requests based on their requirements.
• Maintain good customer service standards and uphold the company’s image.
• Perform dunning activities based on allocated queues.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and fax to ensure payments within the credit term.
• Build and maintain good client relationships while ensuring high service levels.
• Meet collection targets and financial objectives set by management.
