Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Debt Collector to achieve individual collection results and advise customers to make timely payments. You will respond to customer requests and maintain high service standards while upholding the company’s image.

The role requires good English and Malay communication, MS Office proficiency, and strong listening and empathy skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with the ability to handle stress and influence positive actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree holder.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job description

Maintain good customer service standards and uphold the company’s image.

Perform dunning activities based on allocated queues.

Conduct extensive follow-up with customers via phone calls, emails, and faxes to ensure payments are made within the credit term.

Build and maintain good client relationships while ensuring high service levels.

Meet collection targets and achieve financial objectives set by management.

Job Requirements:
