Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking an Executive, Debt Collection in Raja Uda, Butterworth to follow up with customers on payments and educate them on payment options. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and professional negotiation.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Banking, with 1-2 years collection experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and immediate start is prioritized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Follow up with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
Work closely with other team members and other staff.
Educate customers to make payment promptly.
Inform customers about new payment channels and products.
Review daily individual performance (total collection).
Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiation with customers.
