Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary RM2,400

KPI Incentive (Up to RM 2,500!! )

Overtime (OT) & Callback allowances provided

Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and repayment plans

Negotiate suitable repayment solutions and follow up on commitments

Perform outbound calls to ensure timely collections and recovery

Handle customer enquiries related to outstanding payments

Achieve assigned targets while complying with company guidelines
