Job summary

CGP Personnel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recovery Executive to contact customers about overdue accounts and arrange feasible repayment plans. You will make outbound calls to promote timely payments and build strong relationships with clients, while meeting collection targets in line with policy and regulations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication, persuasion, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential to excel in this role as part of our debt-collection team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Prior debt collection or call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Candidates should be able to discuss overdue accounts and repayment plans.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekend work may apply based on operational needs)

Salary Package:

Fix Basic: RM2,400

Performance Incentive: Up to RM2,500 monthly!

Eligible for OT + Callback Allowance

What You’ll Be Doing

Reach out to customers to discuss overdue accounts and develop personalized repayment plans.

Make outbound calls to encourage timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve and exceed collection targets while complying with company and regulatory guidelines.

Act as the main point of contact for customers on repayment queries and updates.

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Open to Fresh Graduates. Prior experience in debt collection or call center roles is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and persuasive.

Calm under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
