Responsibilities
- Able to write and review Rik assessments for PM work.
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis and evaluating Method of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) for IT, logistics, and non-CE for own and lease sites.
- Experienced in team quality control.
- Skilled at resource planning and optimization.
- Proactively prevent, contain, and recover issues.
- Provide incident support as required.
- Adhere to local compliance codes.
- Proactively follow up and report on key performance indicators.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the technology industry and network design.
- Collaborate across functions to support the company mission.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT infrastructure or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing people.
- At least three years of experience managing physical operations in an IT and/or Critical Environment infrastructure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including non-business hours, as required by the business rhythm.
- Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check, upon hire/transfer and every two years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise-level experience managing large-scale and complex projects/programs.
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a large global enterprise.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, data analysis, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage many tasks simultaneously.
- College or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
