Job summary

The D Group is seeking a detail-oriented data entry assistant to handle customer participation submissions received from multiple channels. You will review, process within SLA, and perform accurate data entry with fraud checks to ensure data integrity.

You will also follow up with customers on their participation details, flag suspicious cases to supervisors, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels.
• Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform accurate data entry and fraud check.
• Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details.
• Highlight / escape any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when is required.
