Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Malaysia to support daily stock intake and accuracy. You will unload shipments, verify delivery notes, and ensure records match physical counts.

You\'ll update the ERP daily, log movements, and maintain filing of orders and invoices while performing cycle counts and stocktakes. Attention to detail and basic math help ensure FIFO rotations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse/inventory experience; entry-level welcomed.
• Basic computer literacy; Excel familiarity preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Unload incoming shipments and verify delivery notes against physical quantities.

2. Inventory Tracking & Data Entry

Update the ERP daily with incoming and outgoing stock.

Log inventory movements (e.g., transfers between locations, stock issued for production/sales).

Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital filing records of delivery orders and invoices.

3. Stock Count & Quality Control

Perform routine cycle counts (daily/weekly physical counts) and participate in full stocktake audits.

Investigate and flag any differences between physical counts and system records to the supervisor.

Ensure stock is rotated correctly, following standard methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent obsolescence or expiration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma, O-Levels, or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus but not required)

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or inventory environments (Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided).

Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry habits.

Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciling stock.
