Job summary

Top Fruits Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support stock control and data integrity in daily operations. You will unload shipments, verify notes, and keep ERP records up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of inbound and outbound stock.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in warehouse or retail environments, basic Excel skills, and strong attention to detail. Training will be provided to the right person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, O-Levels, or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus but not required.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or inventory environments; entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry habits.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciling stock.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify delivery notes against physical quantities.
• Inventory Tracking & Data Entry: Update the ERP daily with incoming and outgoing stock.
• Log inventory movements and maintain filing records of delivery orders and invoices.
• Perform routine cycle counts (daily/weekly) and participate in stocktake audits.
• Investigate and flag differences between physical counts and system records to the supervisor.
• Ensure stock rotation using FIFO to prevent obsolescence or expiration.

2. Inventory Tracking & Data Entry

Update the ERP daily with incoming and outgoing stock.

Log inventory movements (e.g., transfers between locations, stock issued for production/sales).

Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital filing records of delivery orders and invoices.

3. Stock Count & Quality Control

Perform routine cycle counts (daily/weekly physical counts) and participate in full stocktake audits.

Investigate and flag any differences between physical counts and system records to the supervisor.

Ensure stock is rotated correctly, following standard methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent obsolescence or expiration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma, O-Levels, or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus but not required)

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or inventory environments (Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided).
