Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Language Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry – Shipping Documentation Associate (L2) for our onsite team in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes data accuracy, invoice checking, and customs documentation within a 44-hour workweek on a 12-month freelance contract.

Based at Mercu 2, KL Eco City (100% onsite), you will work a 44-hour week with a rotating 24/7 roster, supporting customs clearance and brokerage tasks as required.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification minimum or above.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Experience in invoice checking, customs documentation, or data entry.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems.

We are currently looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our operations team based in Kuala Lumpur. If you have a background in data accuracy, invoice verification, or customs documentation, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in logistics operations.

Position Overview

• Role: Data Entry – Shipping Documentation Associate (L2)
• Location: Mercu 2, KL Eco City (100% Onsite)
• Contract Type: 12-Month Freelance Contract under HR Tag Sdn Bhd (renewable based on project requirements)
• Target Start Date: 19 October 2026 (tentative)
• Compensation: RM14.16/hour + RM400 fixed allowance
• Completion Bonus: 1-month completion bonus upon completing the 1-year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and support the full handling of the customs clearance process to facilitate final submission.
• Ensure high accuracy and strict compliance with operational guidelines and customs requirements.
• Assist with brokerage and clearance handling as required by business needs.
• Meet established productivity targets and operational KPIs.

Work Schedule & Shifts

• Working Hours: 44 hours per week (5 days a week: 4 days at 10 hours/day, 1 day at 9 hours/day)
• Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotational roster changing every 2 weeks, covering weekends and public holidays
• Shift Timings: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Breaks: Total 1 hour 30 minutes break time per shift (inclusive of allocated rest and prayer times)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above
