Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; up to 1 year in HR, TA, onboarding or HR tech.
• Comfortable with data, trends, reports and insights.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to engage stakeholders.
• Experience supporting projects, process improvements or new initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onboarding resources, NHO content, and manager tools.
• Act as Tier 1 contact for onboarding inquiries and escalations.
• Manage shared inboxes and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Support global Talent Acquisition programs through testing and rollout activities.
