Job summary

CBRE KL is seeking a TA Programs & Experience Analyst to support onboarding content, reporting, and platform operations. You’ll connect data, feedback, and experience to drive improvements for new hires and hiring managers.

You’ll collaborate with global teams across US, UK, and regions, manage onboarding resources, and produce dashboards that help leaders make data-driven decisions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data, able to spot trends and create reports.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience supporting HR projects or onboarding initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onboarding resources support and NHO content tools.
• Act as Tier 1 contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely guidance for stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams for reporting, PO processes, and platform maintenance.
• Maintain onboarding portals and Manager Hub content for accuracy.
• Monitor feedback channels to identify improvement opportunities.
