Job summary

HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Operations Manager at our client’s data centre site in Senawang, Seremban.

The role leads daily operations, manpower planning, service delivery, and KPI achievement while ensuring safety standards and client satisfaction. You will supervise engineering, maintenance, and support teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, drive continuous improvement, and develop reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an Operations Management role overseeing front-line employees.
• Experience in client relationship management and employee development/coaching.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Lead and supervise engineering, maintenance, and support teams to achieve operational targets and SLA/KPI requirements.
• Manage manpower planning, shift coverage, task allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Drive training, coaching, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and use reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and underperformance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for service failures or repeated issues.
• Develop and improve reporting formats to track operational statistics, service quality, incidents, and team performance.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, communication, and post-incident reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, uptime, customer satisfaction, and team capability.
• Work cross-functionally with the Building Manager, EHS Officer, technical teams, vendors, and client representatives.
• Provide overall direction, staffing, prioritization, and escalation support to all technical teams.
• Support Park Manager through operational control, reporting, and site performance management.
• Reports directly to the Park Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
