Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily building operations, ensuring equipment stability and system reliability. You will lead an outsourced on-duty team, schedule shifts, and supervise performance, while coordinating with third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, with at least 3 years of O&M management experience in large facilities or data centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating mechanisms of building infrastructure (power, cooling, UPS, fire protection).
• Ability to diagnose faults and respond to emergencies.
• Experience managing third-party on-duty or O&M teams and shift planning.
• Strong communication to coordinate resources and drive problem-solving.
• Safety-conscious with ability to mitigate on-site risks.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and management of building facilities to ensure equipment stability and system functionality.
• Manage outsourced on-duty team, arrange shifts, supervise on-site performance.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot faults, ensure timely response and recovery.
• Coordinate with third-party maintenance vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Process daily work orders and operational requests to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and upgrade operational records; submit daily reports and inspections.
• Implement safety regulations and promote standardized on-site operations.
• Ensure compliance and drive improvements in facility operations.
