You will monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform maintenance, and document changes to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 3 years Data Centre NOC Engineer experience at L2 level preferred.
• CCNA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Shift duty with 24x7 support for data centres.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems, devices, and infrastructure to detect and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, including connectivity and hardware failures.
• Handle incident management, documenting incidents and coordinating with teams.
• Perform routine network maintenance and ensure proper configuration of devices.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and change records.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
