Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an Integration Manager to lead and coordinate all ICT and fit-out elements required to transform a constructed facility into a fully functional data centre. You will ensure seamless delivery of ICT systems, critical infrastructure installations, and cross-discipline interfaces in line with governance and the integration plan.

This on-site role requires strong coordination, risk management, interface control, and reporting to keep milestones, budget, and quality on track

Responsibilities

• Provide client-side management across ICT and fit-out delivery for data centre sites.
• Oversee deployment of physical ICT infrastructure and end-to-end patching.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, security and other disciplines.
• Validate technical deliverables against design specs and acceptance criteria.
• Support build-readiness assessments and ensure site conditions meet installation requirements.
• Maintain risk logs and drive mitigation for integration constraints.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for service provider delivering colocation, network, and fit-out activities.
• Manage interface requirements between contractors, landlords, and client’s technical team.
• Establish unified issue-tracking and cross-party accountability.
• Coordinate logistics planning for equipment delivery, staging, sequencing, and storage.
• Review vendor methodologies for alignment with project standards.
• Provide weekly reports to client’s technical team on actions, risks and decisions.
• Support weekly update calls focusing on actions, escalations and cross-team alignment.
• Track status against scope, schedule, and budget baselines and highlight variances.
• Build dashboards for integration milestones and commissioning readiness.
• Recommend corrective actions for deviations affecting timeline or quality.
• Direct and assess change management for scope or schedule impacts.
• Review progress against milestones and coordinate interfaces with contract teams.
• Maintain the programme baseline and identify critical-path risks.
• Coordinate exception planning for urgent activities.
• Ensure commissioning prerequisites are met before key delivery points.
• Run weekly coordination sessions and project meetings to review outstanding actions.
• Engage with commissioning team as coordination point for commissioning-phase activities.
• Maintain a structured communication framework across stakeholders.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between contractors and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment between service provider and client teams from planning to commissioning.
• Provide reporting on site safety and promote best-practice approaches.
• Conduct regular site walks and verify HSE compliance.
• Support incident management and corrective action implementation.
• Promote a culture of operational safety across field teams.
• Assist with project logistics management.
• Oversee storage, staging and material handling processes.
• Support handover preparation including documentation and asset verification.
