• Familiarity with rack mounting, cable patching, and troubleshooting hardware/network issues.
• Knowledge of data center power consumption and utilization reporting.
• Able to handle backup media securely and follow strict handling procedures.
• Good understanding of inventory tracking and asset audit processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
