Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in data center operations.
• Hands-on experience with server installation, decommissioning, and asset management.
• Familiarity with rack mounting, cable patching, and troubleshooting hardware/network issues.
• Knowledge of data center power consumption and utilization reporting.
• Able to handle backup media securely and follow strict handling procedures.
• Good understanding of inventory tracking and asset audit processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Asset tagging, tracking and asset audit.
• Update inventory file.
• Check power consumption and provide utilization information.
• Regular update and publish DC utilization reports.
• Perform hardware swamp in accordance with bank instructions on bank responsibility.
• Assist bank staff with troubleshooting of server, network or other equipment installed in bank DCs and technical rooms.
