Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced ECC Operations professional to monitor and respond to alarms and change processes across data center facilities. The role requires strong English communication, data handling, and incident response within a global operations framework.

You will work with DCIM/BMS and other monitoring systems, coordinate with Building Operations and the Global Operations Center, and extract/analyze data to support critical operations and customer

Qualifications

• Proficient in English through all media of communication; ability to write quality detailed reports.
• Relevant work experience operating DCS, BMS, BAS, SCADA or similar monitoring/controls in a Control Room or Global Operations Center.
• Awareness of data center critical operations and related high-risk environments.
• Solid understanding of risk management and critical systems operations (HVAC, standby power, UPS, infrastructure).
• Proficient with computer applications including CMMS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attend to ECC Operations on designated shift.
• Acknowledge, feedback, and monitor alarms in DCIM within target times (1:4:8).
• Monitor and feed back change processes between execution team and stakeholders.
• Communicate with Building Operations for site status and compliance to processes.
• Communicate with Global Operations Center for information needs.
• Escalate information to Team Lead and Manager as required.
• Extract data from DCIM and BMS (historian, alarm logs).
• Process data into Excel or other formats (alarm stats, maintenance status).
• Analyse data for anomalies in systems or other factors.
• Support site team during emergency response.
• Communicate with customers as required.
