Attend to ECC Operations on designated shift.
Acknowledge, feedback, monitor alarms received in DCIM according to the target time limit set (1:4:8).
Monitor and feedback Change processes between execution team and other necessary stakeholders.
Communicate with Building Operations to obtain site situation and other information and instruct Building Operations for necessary compliance to processes.
Communicate with Global Operations Center on any information required.
Escalate information to Team Lead and Manager as required.
Extract data from DCIM and BMS as required such as historian, alarm logs, etc.
Process data (into Excel worksheet or other common formats) from DCIM and BMS such as alarm statistics, maintenance status, etc.
Analyse data for anomalies of system or of other factors.
Support site team during emergency response plan.
Communicate with Customer as required.
Proficient in English through all media of communication. Ability to write good quality detailed reports of various kinds.
Relevant work experience of operating DCS, BMS, BAS, SCADA or other monitoring and controls systems in Control Room, Command Center, Global Operations Center or other similar environment.
Have a sense of awareness for overview of data center critical operations, or experience in other high-risk, critical environment command centre/control room/global operations center such as power plant, air traffic control, oil and gas processing facility, etc.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of risk management and critical systems operations, including HVAC, standby emergency power, uninterruptible power supplies, and associated infrastructure.
Proficient in computer applications and software, including commercial computerized maintenance management systems, and particularly Microsoft Excel.
Able to carry out instructions and duties diligently as trained and briefed, with minimal supervision.
