Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Real Estate Project Operations leader to drive strategy and execution for large-scale projects in Southeast Asia. You will oversee cross-functional coordination across design, construction, supervision, and related units to ensure plans are delivered on time and within scope.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or above in real estate management or engineering, at least 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate project

• At least 10 years’ experience in real estate project operation and management.
• Familiar with real estate development processes and regulations.
• Strong organization, coordination and teamwork.
• Proficient in risk, cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Real Estate Project Operation Strategy to align with the plan.
• Coordinate design, construction, supervision and other units to meet schedule.
• Monitor progress, detect issues and adjust to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and implement resource management plan for efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement risk management plan for safety and stability.
• Develop and implement quality management plan to meet standards and client requirements.
• Develop and implement cost management plan to keep costs within budget.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate Project Operation Strategy and plan, to ensure that the project in accordance with the plan smoothly.
• Responsible for coordinating all functional departments and related units, including design, construction, supervision, etc., to ensure that the project completed in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, timely detection of problems and make adjustments to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
• Be responsible for the development and implementation of resource management plan to ensure the effective use of project resources.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing risk management plan to ensure the safety and stability of the project.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing quality management plan to ensure the quality of the project in line with relevant standards and customer requirements.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing cost management plans to ensure that project costs are within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, real estate management, engineering management and other related professional priorities.
• At least 10 years experience in real estate project operation and management, with familiar with the real estate project development process and related policies and regulations.
• have good organization and coordination ability and team spirit.
• Strong ability of risk management, cost management and schedule management.
