Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Malaysia is seeking a on-site Architectural Coordinator to review and coordinate drawing sets, ensuring alignment with structural and MEP services. The role requires full-time presence in Elmina, with close collaboration among consultants, clients, and site teams.

You will ensure compliance with local codes (UBBL) and project specifications, manage RFI processes, and supervise subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship on data center projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Malaysian UB LL (UBBL) and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review architectural drawings to align with structural and MEP services.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage on-site architectural works and supervise subcontractors to maintain quality and progress.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and shop drawings (RFI processes).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets high-tier standards for Data Center facilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client representatives, and site production teams.
