Oracle is seeking candidates for the Catalyst Velocity Data Center Technician – Trainee Program in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The program accelerates growth through hands-on operations, training, mentorship, and career development, with potential full-time opportunities after completion.

Minimum qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s in IT/CS/electronics, and up to two years in data center/IT infrastructure roles. Rolling intake and September start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related technical discipline.
• Up to two years of experience in data centre operations, IT infrastructure or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers and network equipment.
• Install, upgrade, replace, troubleshoot, and decommission server/network hardware.
• Perform break/fix activities across server, storage, and networking platforms.
• Install, test, and maintain copper and fiber cabling infrastructure.
• Monitor and document hardware lifecycle activities and asset movements.
