Qualifications

• Understanding of Linux/Unix Administration.
• Server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
• Experience with data center hardware & cabling is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high system reliability and resolve tickets promptly.
• Serve as escalation point for systems and network hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot Linux server problems and virtualization (XEN).
• Assist in power/cooling events and rack deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
